The Coronavirus has changed almost every aspect of our daily lives, from school closures to not seeing family members and being unable to go out. Every day, we hear children asking why they need to wear a mask and why they cannot go to school.
In this episode Beth Kerr will give advice on ways parents can talk to their children about the Coronavirus and how to manage their emotions during this difficult time.
As parents, we can choose what is relevant and appropriate based on our child’s age and, most importantly, what they want to know – be guided by them. Discover ways to shield and filter information for our children, and use this opportunity to teach them the importance of the 6 Wellbeing contributors.
