On 2 December 2022, our second webinar Transitioning to Unaccompanied was joined by many parents across Hong Kong! This was a great way for our existing parents to learn more about how we support them and their children as they prepare for their unaccompanied journey and start attending classes on their own.

Presented by our Head of School at Kennedy Town & Pokfulam campus, Charlie Horowitz spoke to the hearts of parents and their children that might find the transition stage from Accompanied classes to Unaccompanied classes daunting.

Charlie reinforced, that here at Woodland Pre-School, we help parents and their children easily transition to independence through a caring and nurturing environment. From toilet training right through to keeping parents informed via our Illumine school application.

Throughout the webinar, we were able to show parents how a child can independently transition comfortably into a classroom setting. In return, parents were able to discover the absolutely impactful ways in which our children from the age of 6 months to 6 years are well prepared for Primary School!

Daniela Conejeros, our Admissions and Communications Manager, was also given an opportunity to explain our admissions process for a smooth enrolment experience. The webinar was then closed off with a Q & A session to answer all parent’s questions.
